QSU Student Registration Process
- Print out the Student Enrollment Form below, complete it and email the form or and mail it in.
- Pay set up fee online via the Pay Pal option or send a check with your Student Enrollment Form.
- As soon as we receive your Student Enrollment Form, our webmaster will send you what you need to log in to the educational site so you can begin the introductory material of the course.
